The successful applicant must have at least 3 years experience in building scalable enterprise based J2EE or .NET applications.

Required Skills and Experience:·

• Strong development skills in a J2EE or .NET environment
• Good understanding of design patterns
• Proven ability to deliver
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Good knowledge and understanding of the various open source tools and infrastructure
• Good understanding of Agile development processes
• Demonstrated ability to stay abreast of new technologies
• Experience in build environment and version control CVS, SubVersion, Cruise Control, ANT, Maven etc.
